The HORSCH Leeb sprayer lineup spans trailed and self-propelled platforms to cover every scale of crop care. The single-axle LT (4,000 – 9,000 l) handles everyday spraying, the tandem-axle TD delivers 12,000 litres with intelligent drawbar load management for high-volume work, and the self-propelled VL offers up to 2.00 m clearance and 460 hp for tall crops and tough terrain. All three share BoomControl active boom stabilisation, 25 cm nozzle spacing, CCS Pro continuous cleaning, and PrecisionSpray pulse width modulation across working widths from 18 to 48 m.
A parallelogram suspension with up to six terrain-sensing sensors keeps the boom at the lowest possible working height, even at high speeds and across uneven ground, delivering a target area spacing of less than 40 cm for minimal drift.
Tighter nozzle spacing combined with 20 Hz pulse width modulation enables stepless flow adjustment at constant pressure and droplet size, with curve compensation and VariableRate built in.
Multiple automated cleaning programs run from the cabin at the push of a button. The system displaces rather than dilutes residual mixture, ensuring a fast, thorough, water-efficient clean without leaving the seat.
Kingpin steering on one or both axles (up to 28°) with a calibration-free gyroscope delivers precise track-following that minimises crop damage. Combined with ATP automatic tire pressure control and tires up to Ø 7’2″, every Leeb sprayer protects the soil as much as the crop.
